Strengthen-HER Self-Leadership Course
(Talents | Career | Relationships)
There is an interdependence between your talents and how they affect your relationships at home and in the workplace. Your leadership and career success depend on applying your talents correctly and what you learn in this course to lead yourself and others.
This three part course breakdown as follows;
By discovering and confirming our talents and our motivations, we effectively open up the window to our clarity, confidence, and courage to conquer and push through our challenges to freely engage live purposefully. We use Strengths Finders 2.0 to identify Talents.
When educational psychologist Donald O. Clifton first designed the interviews that subsequently became the basis for StrengthsFinders 2.0, he began by asking, “What would happen if we studied what is right with people?” A refreshing and very powerful question that is sweeping the corporate world as they identify and coach to talents to achieve their organizational goals. At Strengthen-HER we followed suit and take it further. The key is not in only discovering your talents, it’s in applying them to grow them into strengths.
Every woman (person) needs this level of self-awareness in order to reset and align themselves with what is “right” with them. Clarity and a more definable purpose begins with this shift.
Once identified and understood, these patterns of behaviors (Talents) give HER the clues she needs to better understand her most efficient ways to achieve professional and relationship success. This is why we start with Talents and consider it one of the “essential knowledge rock” to live purposefully.
Strengthen-HER Career (HER business)
Having work that fulfills you is crucial and very likely the most important area in well-being. It often is a part of our identity. If your talents and strengths have a platform to contribute, a sense of purpose ensues.
